Delivery
All light shades are made by hand so delivery time can be up to 2 weeks. I will however endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.
I use a courier service for all UK and worldwide shipping.
Once dispatched you should receive your items within 1-3 days for UK and 3-14 days for worldwide. You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.

Europe zone 2
Andorra, Croatia, Greece, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Switzerland.
Europe zone 3*, Canada, Greenland, United States:
*Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Macedonia, Russia, Turkey, Serbia, Ukraine.
Should there be a major difference in the shipping price charged and the actual cost, the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method.
Local duties and taxes
If your order is being shipped to the European Union it will be sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. All relevant import taxes and duties will be paid. The price you see on the website is the final purchase price.
If you are contacted about customs charges once the parcel is on its way, please do not pay and instead contact me immediately.
I hope this will all work but it has been difficult to set up so please let me know if something is not quite right, thank you.
Tax Free Shopping
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the European Union, it is subject to duties and import taxes which are your responsibility to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country via your local courier.
For this reason, UK VAT will be deducted from my standard (inc VAT) prices on orders shipping outside of the UK.
Returns
I do hope that you are very happy with what you receive, but if you are not please get in touch with me immediately. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact me at info@tabithabargh.co.uk
You will receive a full refund if:
- Goods are returned to me within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging.
I will not be able to accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs.
Please note, I cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach me.
