Delivery & Returns
All light shades are made by hand so delivery time can be up to 2 weeks. I will however endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.
I use a courier service for all UK and worldwide shipping.
Once dispatched you should receive your items within 1-3 days for UK and 3-14 days for worldwide. You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.
U.K: Free delivery
Europe zone 1: £15.00 for one item, £10.00 for each additional item.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Europe zone 2: £30.00 for one item, £10.00 for each additional item.
Andorra, Croatia, Greece, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Switzerland.
Europe zone 3*, Canada, Greenland, United States: £45.00 for one item, £15.00 per each additional item.
*Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Macedonia, Russia, Turkey, Serbia, Ukraine.
Should there be a major difference in the shipping price charged and the actual cost, the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method.
Local duties and taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it is subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

You will receive a full refund if:
- Goods are returned to me within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging.
I will not be able to accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs.
Please note, I cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach me.
